Who is responsible
[LEGAL OR BUSINESS NAME] of [BUSINESS ADDRESS] runs this site. You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or through the Contact page.
What we collect
- Account details. Your full name, your email address and your password. Your password is stored in a protected form that we cannot read.
- Membership and payment records. The date and amount of each payment, the Razorpay order and payment IDs, whether the payment completed, and the date your membership ends.
- Sign-in cookies. When you log in, we store small cookies in your browser that keep you signed in and protect your requests. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the site has no analytics tools.
- Browser preferences. Your browser may remember small settings on your device, such as whether you paused the animations or dismissed the disclaimer. These stay on your device.
We do not collect your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay collects those in its own secure payment window.
When you use Ask My Notes, your question is used to search our notes and show an answer. We do not save your questions.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and keep it secure.
- To give you access to member content and show your membership status.
- To take payments, confirm that they went through and keep a record of them.
- To send account emails, such as email confirmation and password reset links.
- To reply when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles your information
- Razorpay processes payments. Its use of your payment details is covered by Razorpay's own privacy policy.
- Supabase provides our database and sign-in service, where your account details and records are stored. [WHERE YOUR SUPABASE SERVERS ARE, for example the region you chose]
- Vercel hosts the website. Like most hosts, it may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, for security and reliability.
- [EMAIL SERVICE NAME] sends our account emails.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. We keep payment records for [RETENTION PERIOD, for example the period required for accounting and tax records].
Your choices
You can see and change your name on your Account page. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or to close your account and have it deleted, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may need to keep some payment records where the law requires it.
Keeping your information safe
We use protected password storage, secure sign-in cookies and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

The site is written for medical students, trainees and clinicians. It is not meant for children.
